A full-body approach to massage therapy which incorporates long relaxing strokes and deeper kneading to release tension and stress.
Massage has so many benefits to my clients;
lessens any built up muscle tightness and pain,
improves poor circulation,
stimulates the body’s lymphatic system,
and probably the most important benefit of all - reduces anxiety and stress within the body, often caused by today's busy lifestyles.
I use a range of oils - warmed to give greater flow to massage; grapeseed, coconut and Arnica oil.
Pressure is tailored to clients preferences, and is adjusted during the massage to work firmer on areas of muscular tension.

Hot Stones Back, neck and shoulders Massage - £30
The heat from the stones allows the therapist to manipulate and penetrate deeper into the targeted muscles. Whilst also offering a remedy to aches and pains, the Hot Stone massage is also a fantastic way to relax and unwind in a tranquil and soothing environment.
